Daniel Agger was disappointed to be on his way home after Denmark failed to make it out of the Group of Death. But the Liverpool defender’s eyes lit up when mention was made of Andy Carroll’s goal for England. ‘I am so pleased for him, it was a great goal,’ said Agger.
